This interactive course is cognisant of the APS Work Level Standards (WLS) for EL1-EL2 and is designed to reflect and align with the expectations of these roles. It will support and enhance the capabilities and behaviours required of EL1-EL2 level roles as per the APS Integrated Leadership System (ILS) essential for high performance.
